Hormones can play a big part in weight loss. You should go see an endocrinologist if you continue to be frustrated at inability to lose weight/feeling emotionally and physically inadequate. I don't know much about a women's physiogomy, but if one hormone is imbalancing another in your blood then it could be causing health problems. Don't worry, it's all genetic, and you have no control over it, although undue exposure to chemicals through your environment can be a factor. But there are tons of medications out there for your doctor to recommend.

Sweetie, I've seen numerous photos of you and you're beautiful. I'm sure MK is telling you the same.

Try not to stress the weight too much. I've found that when I quit worrying about it, it seems to find it's way off of my body... just a thought.

Yeah, what is Junel Fe?
Never heard of it. I could just Google it, but...that would require research, when I can just type all this and ask you! :)

the short story is that my group insurance plan doesn't cover BC, so I switched to the generic version of Estrostep, which is Junel Fe. After doing some research though, the generic versions aren't required to have the same composite as the brand name, so can be slightly different.

i think it's def the progestin and hormones messing with my system.

finding the right BC for your body is a challenge i think.

I feel like I've stumbled upon a conversation I am hopelessly lost in. I need to start my workout plan...any suggestions to a fitter me?

Unless miracles happen within a few days time, my Valentines Day will be depressingly alone again. No fun :(

Sounds like a lot of positives. Not good though about the boyfriend situation, though. :(

This is one of the few V-days in recent years when I've had a boyfriend myself. Funny thing is, I almost prefer the V-days when it's just me and my girls...
